Engagement sessions aren't about standing perfectly still & saying cheese. They're about you two, a great location, & someone who knows how to disappear into the background while capturing everything that makes you, you.
You're newly engaged & want photos that actually feel like your relationship — not a stock photo version of it. Or maybe you've been together forever & you're just ready to finally have some images that do you justice. Either way, you want it to feel fun... not forced.

I'll send over a questionnaire to get to know you two — your story, your vibe, what you love to do together, what you're nervous about. The more I know going in, the better your photos will be. Then comes the guide: everything you need to know about what to wear, how to prep, & what to expect so you show up feeling ready instead of stressed.
AFTER YOU BOOK
Not sure where to shoot? I've got you. I love helping couples find a location that actually means something — whether that's somewhere in the Tahoe basin, a spot in the city, or somewhere completely unexpected. If you have a place in mind already, even better. Let's make it look incredible.
LOCATION SOUTING
We have fun. That's it. I'll give you prompts instead of poses so things feel natural, I'll crack jokes, I'll hype you up, & I'll capture all the in-between moments — the laughs, the looks, the ones you didn't even know were happening. You won't believe how fast the time goes or how good it feels to just... be you together in front of a camera.
ON SHOOT DAY
Sneak peeks within 24 hours because the wait is genuinely painful & you deserve to see them fast. Your full gallery arrives edited & ready to download, share, & print. Most couples can't stop looking at them. Fair warning.

If you have somewhere meaningful in mind, let's use it. If you're not sure, I'll help you figure it out based on your vibe, the time of year, & what kind of photos you want. I love a good location scout & I know the Tahoe area well.
How do we pick a location?
I hear this from almost every couple & I promise — by the end of the session you will not feel that way. I use prompts instead of poses so things stay natural, & I keep the energy light & fun the whole time. The awkward wears off fast.

Do you travel for engagement sessions?
Absolutely. I'm based in the Reno/Lake Tahoe area & travel regularly for sessions. Travel fees vary by distance — just mention where you're thinking & we'll work it out.
