I had a whole group of incredible people who have lifted me up, supported me and inspired me.

FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS
When you first dive into photography everything is shiny and new. There’s a LOT to learn – from camera settings to booking clients, not to mention having the confidence to truly show up as authentically as you can for yourself, your business and your clients.
The problem when you’re first starting is that you don’t know what direction you want to go in and you don’t feel like you know enough to actually do a “mentorship”.
But the truth is – this is exactly when you should be doing a mentorship! The habits you start with are harder to break later on than they are in the beginning. And you need all the good motivation, instruction and guidance to develop the right habits and kick the bad ones in the ass before they even have a chance to start.
My goal is to be able to offer that helping hand that so many people wish they had, from answering your burning questions where you may just need an hour to really TALK through something and get some answers, to 2 day mentorships that will take you from the basics to shooting weddings.
While I specialize in couples, boudoir, elopements and weddings this isn’t just for photographers that want to get into those things. This is for every creative that is starting or has their own business that wants to learn far they can take it when they really put the work in and push themselves.

Okay so you’ve picked up your camera, you’ve started using it in manual mode, want to start working with clients, and realized “Oh shit” there’s a whole lot more to this than I thought! Questions like “what do I even charge?” or “what’s good composition look like?” are fleeting from thought to thought.
In this package we spend a whole day together going through the basics of lighting, composition rules and when to break them, attracting clients, pricing, your backend system, posing, and YOUR CONFIDENCE! Yes! There is even a mental mindset piece to this because YOUR mindset in your business is EVERYTHING!
At the end of cramming your brain full of information we’ll head to the lake, a studio, or the mountains for a styled shoot specifically set up based on what you’re interested in shooting!

Wedding High
So you’ve gone full send and decided you want to get into weddings and elopements! Congratulations! They are both the most exhausting and the most rewarding. In this 2 day mentorship we’ll cover the basics centering around weddings with a big emphasis on the client experience side of things along with how to find and communicate with other vendors.
Based on what you’re comfortable with, on day 2 you’ll either accompany me to a real life wedding or we’ll do a complete venue walk through followed by a wedding or elopement styled shoot.
This is for those of you who are comfortable using your camera in manual, and are really testing the waters to see if weddings are for you.
- 6 hours on day one, 3-8 on day 2
- Presentation with emphasis on weddings
- Editing assistance
- Either attend a full wedding with me (subject to availability/the season) or we complete a venue walk through where we go through a venue and discuss different aspects of where/how to shoot it followed by an elopement styled shoot.

FAQs
Q. Do I get a discount on the “wedding high” package if I do the styled shoot?
No. I would like for everyone to be able to accompany me on weddings but based on what time of year you’re doing the mentorship it’s possible a wedding might be a couple months out. You’re welcome to wait for that next available wedding, or choose to do the styled shoot set up instead. When setting up this styled shoot I’ll actually work with wedding vendors that you’ll get to meet and build rapport with, and we’ll be able to do a full walk through of a venue so you can see how we would go about different “events” of the day, from flat lays to dance parties.
Q. 6 hours is a long time, is food included?
Yes! Lunch & Dinner is provided!
Q. I just have a simple question that I want to ask, can I just DM you?
I offer these mentorships because I’d love to actually work with you 1-1, make sure to answer all your burning questions, and not leave you with just more questions. At the end of the day I’ve spent hours and hours answering questions for people through DMs and while I love to help, I also have to value my time and yours. This is a way for me to do that!
